Who operates this storefront

These terms cover use of this online store and purchases from the merchant identified below. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or use the service with appropriate adult supervision. Provide accurate contact, delivery and account details, protect any sign-in information and notify us about suspected unauthorized account use.

Choosing goods and understanding availability

Consult the individual Simple Modern listing for its specifications, included components, materials, compatibility, care and safety information. Images and screen colors can differ from physical appearance. Listings, prices and availability may change, and an error may need correction. We will explain a material order issue and any cancellation or refund required by applicable law rather than silently substitute different goods.

Order processing and payment

Submitting checkout details starts the order process; an acknowledgment does not remove the need to confirm availability and payment. Purchases settle in USD. The checkout displays the payable amount, including applicable tax and any displayed charges. The Payment Policy describes payment handling. Ask promptly about pre-dispatch changes or cancellation; whether a change can be made depends on fulfillment progress.

Delivery, returns and assistance

The Shipping Policy sets out US-only delivery, free Standard Shipping and estimated processing and transit periods. The Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request window, exchanges, merchant-paid eligible return transport and refund handling. Those policies are part of the purchase information. Contact the merchant about defects, missing goods, delivery issues or inaccurate order details.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service for fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, interference with operations or infringement of another person’s rights. Product names, trademarks, images and other protected material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access to a listing is not a license to reproduce protected material or a representation of a separate affiliation.

Third parties and limits required by law

Shopify and other providers support parts of the service, and third-party services can have their own terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or control every external service. Any disclaimer or limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not remove non-waivable consumer rights, required product remedies or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms
