Shipping Policy

Delivery service and territory

Every US order is eligible for free Standard Shipping, without a minimum spend. Deliveries are limited to United States addresses. Applicable taxes are separate from the delivery charge and are calculated according to the law.

Two parts of the delivery timeline

Allow 1–2 business days for processing before the parcel is dispatched. Carrier transit is then estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded from both estimates. Carrier interruptions, weather and other circumstances may extend the journey; these estimates are not an absolute delivery guarantee.

Tracking your parcel

After dispatch, we provide tracking details through the email associated with the order. Initial carrier scans may appear later than the dispatch message. Use those details to follow the shipment and contact us if tracking does not develop as expected.

Correcting details or reporting a delivery issue

Please contact us immediately if an address is wrong. A correction after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, misdelivered or incomplete, send the order reference and tracking information, adding useful photographs where appropriate. We will investigate with the relevant parties and explain the next steps.
